Sarah G. Palmore-Luna, BA, Mathematics; MA, Teaching
Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Fresno Pacific University majoring in math in 2009 with a minor in Intercultural Studies. She was a Paragon Scholar at Fresno Pacific University. She attended University of Southern California where she obtained her master’s degree in teaching and teaching credential in math. She attended and excelled in the Gifted and Talented Education (G.A.T.E.) at Manchester G.A.T.E. Elementary School, Computech Middle School, and Edison High School.
She currently holds the position of Vice Principal at Crescent View Charter Schools. She joined Crescent View in January 2007 while she was still in her junior year at Fresno Pacific University starting as a math tutor then to a full time math teacher.

Nida is a devoted mother of three children who all attended and excelled in the Gifted and Talented Programs of Manchester G.A.T.E. School, Computech Middle School, and Edison High School in the Fresno Unified School District, Fresno, California.
Nida passed her securities licenses, both in Series 6 and 63 and Life and Health insurance licenses in California. She has been in the banking and financial services industry for more than 20 years and more than 18 years of accounting and professional business experience for small business and nonprofit organizations as an accountant and consultant.
Nida has always given back to the community, one that she enjoys so much. Some of her past civic and professional involvements are: Founding Member and Treasurer of Fresno West Coalition for Economic Development (FWCED), the major accomplishment of which is the shopping center on Fresno Street off of Highway 99 in Southwest Fresno, California (anchored by Food Maxx), Founding Member of Coalition for Academic Excellence (oversaw Fresno Unified School District’s implementation of two pathways for science and math at the high school level under the Urban Systemic Initiative), Member of the FUSD Urban Systemic Initiative Steering Committee which oversaw the curriculum development in science and math, Member of the City of Fresno Planning Department-Bullard Implementation Plan Committee, Member of Measure K Oversight Committee which oversaw the $250-million-bond-money for Fresno Unified School District and as Chair/Member, Business Outreach of the Business Education Task Force of the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce. She also held various positions and memberships in the Manchester G.A.T.E. School, Computech Middle School, and Edison High School-School Site Councils. She was elected for two terms as President of the Manchester G.A.T.E. School P.T.A. She was also a long-time member in good standing of the California State P.T.A.
She was a Regional Vice President for Primerica Financial Services before joining First Financial Security where she currently holds a National Marketing Director position.
Nida developed an Independent Study Program (ISP) entitled Credit and Debt Management which was implemented and became part of the curriculum of a technical school in California.
